I am a wellness enthusiast motivated by LOVE + SERVICE! Having participated in a wide range of organized sports and physical fitness activities – movement has been an influential part of my journey. Those experiences provided me with a sense of community, connection, and resiliency.
Throughout my career I’ve realized that physical fitness is not enough to address the complex challenges that we face in our daily individual and relational experiences. My holistic approach to coaching advocates that mental, physical, and spiritual health are the keys to optimal well-being.
My professional background includes certifications in Personal Training and Health Coaching, as well as being a licensed mental health professional. I have nine years of group and individual physical fitness and coaching experience. My goal is to help individuals be their best selves by prioritizing self-connection, self-love, and personal growth.
